The aluminium journey: From raw material to finished product

1. High-precision laser selection and cutting

It all starts with a sheet of raw aluminum. This material was chosen for its exceptional properties: lightness, recyclability and total resistance to corrosion.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, we sculpt the metal with surgical precision. It’s at this stage that we create the motifs for our air-conditioning covers, be they geometric, vegetal or minimalist.

2. Folding: giving relief and structure

Once cut, the sheet passes through the hands of our press brake operators. This is where the product takes on its three-dimensional shape. Bending is a critical stage: it guarantees the structural rigidity of the air-conditioning cover and ensures a perfect fit when installed at the end customer’s premises.

3. Powder coating: an attractive, protective finish

To ensure that our products stand up to UV and weathering without moving, we apply a powder-coating treatment. This powder coating, baked on at high temperature, offers an impeccable finish and an infinite range of colors (RAL to choose from) to match any facade.
