TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV) – GLOBALU
ATTENTION: By validating an order for a customized air conditioner cover (choice of size, color or specific motif), the customer expressly acknowledges that production will begin immediately and that he thereby waives his 14-day right of withdrawal. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for personal convenience once production has begun.
Article 1: Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between GLOBALU (SAS with capital of €4,000, SIREN 994 745 610) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to make a purchase on the [SITE NAME] website or via a partner marketplace.
Article 2: Product characteristics
GLOBALU markets air conditioner covers (indoor and outdoor) produced by SIEL.
Customers are informed that products are personalized and manufactured to order according to their choice of: Dimensions (Height, Width, Depth); Cutting patterns; Color (RAL or other color chart).
Article 3: Ordering and validation
Customers select their personalization options on the site. Before validating the order, the customer must check the accuracy of the measurements entered. Validation of the order and payment constitute unreserved acceptance of these GTS.
Article 4: No Right of Withdrawal (Customized Products)
In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Article 5: Prices and payment
Prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. GLOBALU reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Article 6: Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery times include manufacturing time by SIEL and transport.
Reception: The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the product in the presence of the carrier. In the event of damage, precise reservations must be made on the delivery note.
Article 7: Legal warranties
Despite the absence of the right of withdrawal, the customer benefits from the following legal guarantees:
Guarantee of conformity: If the product received does not correspond to the specifications of the order (color or size error on the part of GLOBALU).
Hidden defects warranty: If the product has a manufacturing defect making it impossible to use.
Article 8: Liability
GLOBALU cannot be held responsible for measurement errors communicated by the customer or for incorrect installation of the air-conditioning cover, which could damage the air-conditioning unit or the support.
Article 9: Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent court will be that of GLOBALU’s registered office or that of the place of delivery.
